Introducing the Spautism Shirt
Spautism invited people from the autistic community to participate in a football shirt design competition in celebration of the 2020 UEFA European Championship.
After several submissions, the resulting shirt was produced from a combination of designs by students at Daventry Hill School in Northamptonshire.
The students went for a range of colours to represent the autism spectrum and themes around teamwork, confidence, and support.
The shirt was eventually produced by Scimitar and made out of recycled plastic bottles.
