Spautism published by Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity
Spautism recently provided the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity’s (CIMSPA) membership magazine with insight around the small changes that sports organisations can make to improve their workplace for autistic people.
Titled ‘working with autistic people through sport’, the article gives an introduction to autism, how an autistic person might build a relationship with sport, transitioning from awareness to acceptance, and making reasonable adjustments.
The article was published in the S&PA Professional Magazine, the CIMSPA’s official quarterly publication that covers industry-related topics, issues, and research. The CIMSPA itself is the professional development body for the UK’s sport and physical activity sector.
