Spautism launches series of golf stories

Spautism will be publishing a series of articles on spautism.com to help raise awareness and acceptance of autism in golf.

The series includes two exclusive interview features, the first of which is with Tony Bennett, who is the President of the EDGA (formerly the European Disabled Golf Association) and speaks on the importance of giving everybody equal opportunities in the sport.

The second interview is with Kevin Barker from The R&A – a leading body aiming to make golf accessible. Kevin is the organisation’s Director of Golf Development in Great Britain, Ireland and Africa, and he discussed with Spautism the potential for golf to lead the charge around more inclusivity in sport.

The series also includes links to four stories by EDGA that profile some of golf’s rising talents. Steven Alderson, Warren Clark, Michelle Lau, and Natasha Stasiuk all have autism and are achieving great things in the game.
